What we collect

When you create a Naite account we store your email address and the content you add to the app: deck names, flashcards, uploaded card images and your study progress. If you subscribe to Naite Pro, our payment processor handles your card details — we never see or store them.

How we use it

We use your information to run Naite: to sign you in, sync your decks between devices, keep your place in a study session, and manage your subscription. We also use a small amount of technical data (such as error reports) to keep the app working.

File imports and AI

When you import a document, its text is processed to create flashcards. If you choose AI card generation, the extracted text is sent to our AI provider solely to generate those cards. Uploaded documents are not kept after the import finishes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate Naite — hosting, database, email and payment processing — and only as required to deliver the service, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your decks and cards at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your decks, cards and progress.

Security

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, and access rules that restrict every deck and card to the account that created it.
